i need to know how to make a solar powered watch by thursday

Not possible without a lot experience and parts and a good machine shop, and even then it would take months.

Buy one.

You might be able to make a demonstration / toy model with a regular watch with the battery replaced by a set of solar cells, but you run the risk of ruining the watch.
